Chapter 4: Client Presentation

Beginner Level (A1-A2) - Office Life

Today is a big day. Sarah and her team will present to a client. The client is an important company. They want to use NewTech's app.

Sarah feels very nervous. She practiced her part many times last night. She wants everything to be perfect. Jennifer tells her, "Don't worry. You will do well."

The client arrives at 2 o'clock. There are four people from their company. Everyone shakes hands. They sit in the conference room. David starts the presentation first. He talks about the app's features.

Then Jennifer talks about the marketing plan. She shows graphs and numbers. The clients listen carefully. They look interested.

Now it is Sarah's turn. Her heart beats fast. She stands up and starts talking. "Our research shows that your customers want easy solutions," she says. She shows her slides. She explains the data clearly.

One client asks a question. "Can the app work offline?" Sarah knows the answer. "Yes, it can," she explains. "Users can access some features without internet."

The presentation ends. The clients smile. They like what they heard. "This looks very good," says the main client. "We want to work with you."

Everyone is happy. The team succeeded. Sarah feels proud. She did her first client presentation and it went well.
